The Rash Residence
An enchanting fortress with stunning views! Palatial doesn’t even begin to describe this exquisite outdoor space. When you enter this fairy tale, it is hard not to be swept off your feet by the beauty of the infinity edged pool overlooking the lake and golf course. 
When your eyes finally shift from the view, you notice the expansive pool, which features not only a spillover spa hot tub, but also a substantial sized sunshelf, perfect for getting a tan without overheating or for the little ones to play in. The infinite edge appears to fall into the lake, but don’t be deceived! Follow the water to a luxurious waterfall that overlooks an intimate fire-pit! Take a reprieve from the sun and swim up to one of the covered patios. Under cover, you will be surrounded by exquisite stone detail, making you feel as if you were in fact visiting a castle! In the rounded veranda, you will find the outdoor kitchen and bar, where you can enjoy a yummy treat while soaking in the stunning view. Just beyond the covered verandas, you will find an amazing bathroom designed just for those utilizing the pool. The Winfrey Residence
Tranquility on Tranquilla Way! Surrounded with lush tree tops, you are offered the ultimate privacy in this exhilarating outdoor space. As you travel down the stone path, you feel as if you are in your own private woodlands. Inside the pool gates, your breath escapes as you witness the glorious pool featuring a squared hot tub with spillover feature and an infinity edge that appears to be spilling into the trees. When you pull your eyes away from the peaceful pool view, you find yourself entering a full outdoor kitchen complete with every element necessary to provide a feast for guests (who knew there could even be a warming drawer outside?!). Just beyond the kitchen is a fabulous outdoor fireplace, the perfect place to unwind after your big meal. On the way to the veranda, you will see a fabulous outdoor shower, and once inside the covered porch, have a seat and enjoy the view in one of the serene seating areas. 
Continuing on into the terrace level, you will be greeted by a well organized changing room and bathroom. For those health conscious folks, there is a full gym that opens to the veranda, allowing for a short walk to the hot tub after a hard workout. Enjoy a movie or a board game in the living area, or keep walking to partake in a game of poker or pool. Not in the mood to play? Have a seat at the impressive bar that overlooks the 1200 bottle wine cellar. This terrace level also offers a children’s area, complete with full-size arcade games, as well as a comfortable place for guests to sleep. Who needs to escape to a remote hotel, when you have all of the peace and privacy you could need in this space!
The Reed Residence
The entertainer’s delight! This outdoor space is the epitome of practicality, combining natural elements with function to create the ultimate party oasis, without needing ample space! Watch golf from the stone pool deck, the covered veranda, or from the upstairs porch. Not in the mood to watch golf? Take a swim in the refreshing custom pool. Designed to please any mood, this pool allows for a calm, soothing atmosphere or for the most lively of parties. Find peace listening to the many waterfall features or relaxing in the hot tub. Live it up at the swim bar, while the host serves up grilled specialties and ice cold beverages. Whatever your fancy, this pool goes to show you that you don’t need a huge yard to have it all!
The Mitchell Residence
True southern charm meets the ultimate family sports center! This magnificent outdoor space and terrace level is everything but boring. Fun awaits you as you step into this backyard sanctuary. Beginning with the fantastic entertaining area, you will find a complete outdoor kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, and seating area. No matter the season, there is a use for this space year-round! Rain? No problem! Enjoy your activities in one of the double-screened porches or on the veranda just outside the terrace level. Before you even enter the gates to the oversized swimming pool, you can tell that this pool is not just a place for swimming. Play a game of water basketball or volleyball, or try out your gymnastic skills on the diving board. If you feel too water logged to participate in water sports, hop on over to the nearly full-size basketball/tennis/roller hockey court, or enjoy a game of tetherball. When you’ve had enough of the outdoors, retreat to the terrace level where luxury (and more activities) awaits. Play a game of pool or shuffleboard in the sunken game area, or, if you aren’t an avid player, you can watch comfortably from the sidelines in one of the many barstools surrounding the area. Enjoy a cocktail at the gracious bar while listening to a tune on the jukebox or watching the big game. Are the kids still awake? No worries! They can hang out in the giant playroom that mimics a football field! With a home like this, there is never an excuse to be bored!
The Cink Residence

The surrounding pool deck offers a revitalizing feel, clean lines and whites provide a sense that you are at the spa. A squared hot tub with spillover water feature extends from an inviting cabana, offering VIP treatment in your own backyard. Surrounding the refreshing pool, you will find an extensive veranda featuring a remarkable outdoor fireplace and several well-appointed seating areas, as well as an adjacent outdoor kitchen. The tranquility proceeds as you make your way down the astounding curved stone staircase. Upon reaching the bottom, you find a fire pit and another seating area encompassed with stone. When you enter the terrace level, you are transported to a swanky resort-like space that instills fresh urbanity. With clean lines against a classic background, the terrace level’s sophisticated bar and pool table area offer the ultimate party experience. The party continues as you step up to the karaoke lounge, complete with a stage! You will also find a comfortable gaming area, ping pong, and a gym. This artful home exudes sophistication and luxury inside and out!
